"Absolute Beginner" Cycle Training Course

What a gift for those who have never learned to ride. So many people reach adulthood never having ridden, and sometimes feel it's too late - but it's not! This course is for those who have little or no confidence or skills on a bike. After 3 sessions, participants will have gained sufficient skills and confidence to take part in ‘traffic free’ rides.
